The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
I count the trilogy as one, but if I’m forced to pick one, I pick Fellowship of the Ring. In my opinion, it is the best of the three, mostly thanks to Gandalf the Grey and the scenes in Moria.
Power Rangers: The Movie
Used to love Power Rangers when I was a kid and, for what it was, this movie was pretty good at the time
Jaws/Jurassic Park
My favourite director is Steven Spielberg so it’s a close call between these two. Both films are amazing, it’s tough to pick just one.
Star Wars
I’m not a massive Star Wars fan, but I would loved to have been around in 1977 when this first came out.
Daredevil
Specifically, the directors cut DVD. This cut of the film adds in an additional sub-plot that gives more information on the Kingpin. The movie is still not great but I don’t it deserves all the hate it gets.
Ghostbusters
Easily my favourite comedy. Bill Murray steals the show but the entire cast is amazing, the Twinkie scene comes to mind
Civil War
If Mavel can get all the rights to their characters back, this would make an epic film.
The Lion King
So. Many. To. Choose. From. I’m a massive Disney geek so I love a lot of their animated movies and it’s difficult to choose just one. Some of my favourites are Lion King, Aladdin, Robin Hood, Hercules, Beauty and the Beast, The Jungle Book, not to mention every single Pixar movie. If i had to, IF I HAD TO choose one, it would be Lion King. It manages to mix drama, humor, action and great songs.
Catfish
I haven’t really seen many documentary’s but, I have seen Catfish. I heard it getting great reviews when it first came out and it lived it my expectations. There is a debate as to how real the film is but, regardless of that, it’s a fascinating film
Die Hard
Arguably, the film that inspired many of the action movies of the 90’s. You’re always rooting for John McClane here and despite the fact that the sequels never really live up to the original, I find them all enjoyable
